We are all strong, beautiful people. Inside and Out. Sometimes we just don't see it.

It took me years to realize that I am strong and beautiful too.

I wished for things that I am not. I wished to be more organized, less stressed, skinnier, healthier, calmer etc.

I wished for less ache, less inflammation, less feeling blah. I wished for motivation!

I wondered how I would ever get there. I was overwhelmed. I was tired. I was sore. I was frustrated. I was stressed.

My home was unorganized. My schedule was a mess. My stress level was off the charts.

I started to organize my home. I started to organize my schedule. I freed up some much needed me time.

My stress level began to drop. My headaches diminished. My smile was coming back. I found joy in things again.

Following in the lead of my strong, beautiful friend, Lory, I decided to take the new found me time and lose some major weight.

My friend introduced me to an amazing lifestyle change and I couldn't believe it was something that I could do.

It is something that I am still doing even today because it is easy to maintain.

I decided that I needed to share my new me with a few friends. 

The organizing, the decluttering, the time management, the weight loss, all of it.

Everyday life is not always easy but it can be easier. There is a way, and it is sustainable.

I wrote an easy to follow step by step plan to easier everyday life to manage time, declutter, and meal prep to begin weight loss.

One step at a time. Not one day at a time, one step at a time. But how do you take that first step?
